BG-150 Truly designed from
the ground-up for the working musician, the Flight Case's’s
design is the sound. A proprietary 5” NeoPower speaker was
developed to be powerful and responsive but at a very light weight.
The patent-applied-for enclosure contains four 5” drivers...two
facing up and two facing out. The result? Even, balanced tone that
projects up and out for consistent, amazing sound - no matter where
you are standing.
Coupled with an all new lightweight 150-watt digital
amplifier, the Flightcase weighs in at 24 lbs. but has the features
and sound of an amp four times its size. Perfect for small to
medium size gigs - either electric or acoustic, the Flightcase
os very capable in power, smoothness, articulation, and overall
hi-fi sounding bass.

"I
was keen to try out this combo with my upright bass as the size
and lightness appealed. My bass has a fairly dark sound which I
have found hard to match with an amplifier
and get away from a boomy bass sound. So I must admit to being very
pleased with this one. Even with the EQ's set on flat I got a great
warm sound and I could hear myself really well even with the keyboard
player's twin 450w speakers right beside me! Seems to be heaps of
volume for trio jazz gig and usually when I need more volume than
that I have a PA to DI to. So a very happy chappie will be seen
round town with his new red BG150! "
